Battlefield 6 offers players a variety of weapons to pick from in the primary, secondary, and gadget slots of their loadouts. While picking the best guns and weapons for your playstyle or chosen class is important, making sure that the weapon is kitted out with the right attachments is even more crucial. If you’re using default attachments or ones that decrease vital stats, then you’ll be placed at a disadvantage against an opponent using the same weapon with a keener eye for the details. Fortunately, Battlefield 6 gives you plenty of freedom to customize every weapon’s attachments to make it competitive for every situation you might come across.

Of course, this freedom also means you might have to make some tougher choices when it comes to crafting a loadout. You also have to figure out which weapons are better than others, so you can level them up quicker and get access to their stronger attachments.

If you’re a little confused about the weapons and attachments in Battlefield 6 or you just want some dominant loadouts to quickly equip, you’re in the right spot. We’ll be listing the top five weapon loadouts to use during the Battlefield 6 beta, which will include all of the best attachments to equip on the premier weapons in the game.

SGX

SGX

If you haven’t tried out the Engineer class or the SMGs yet in Battlefield 6, you’ll want to change that. The SMGs are incredibly strong, and that starts with the SGX, which is unlocked at level one in the beta and is the starting weapon for Engineers.

The SGX can easily compete with assault rifles and carbines at long range, and it absolutely dominates at close range. With a fast rate of fire, high damage, and virtually no recoil with the right attachments, there’s an argument to be made for the SGX as the best overall weapon in Battlefield 6.

Here’s the best loadout for the SGX:

  • Muzzle: Linear Compensator
  • Barrel: 8″ Extended
  • Underbarrel: 6H64 Vertical
  • Magazine: 36RND Magazine
  • Ammunition: Soft Point
  • Scope: OSA-7 1.00X
  • Top Accessory: 5 MW Green

Total: 100 Points

M433

M433

Next up, we have the starting weapon for the Assault class in Battlefield 6, the M433 assault rifle. This is your standard AR in Battlefield, but when equipped with the right attachments, it shreds through enemies at just about any range. The M433 has a slight horizontal recoil pattern with even the best attachments, so you’ll have to account for that. However, the weapon also has one of the best time-to-kills in Battlefield 6.

Here’s the best loadout for the M433:

  • Muzzle: Compensated Brake
  • Barrel: 16.5″ Fluted
  • Underbarrel: 6H64 Vertical
  • Magazine: 30RND Fast Mag
  • Ammunition: Polymer Case
  • Scope: RO-M 1.50x

Total: 95 Points

NVO-228E

NVO-228E

The NVO-228E assault rifle is the first weapon on this list that you have to unlock via leveling up in Battlefield 6. It’s unlocked at Career Rank 5 in the beta, so it doesn’t take too long to acquire. Once you unlock the AR, you might want to replace your M433 with it, as the NVO-228E is a deadly weapon with a higher potential.

Compared to the M433 and other rifles, the NVO has a faster fire rate and can be easily controlled once you unlock and equip some of its best attachments. The high fire rate and strong recoil pairing go well with a terrific time-to-kill that makes the NVO nearly unstoppable if you can hit all of your shots.

Here’s the best loadout for the NVO-228E:

  • Muzzle: Double-Port Brake
  • Barrel: 409MM Fluted
  • Underbarrel: Classic Vertical
  • Magazine: 30RND Magazine
  • Ammunition: Polymer Case
  • Top Accessory: 5 MW Red
  • Scope: CCO 2.00x

Total: 100 Points

M4A1

M4A1

The M4A1 is the only carbine we’re including on this list. Compared to traditional assault rifles, carbines are more effective at close to mid-range rather than long-range. So, if you opt to go with the M4A1 or another carbine, playing Domination or Breakthrough on a more close-quarters map is going to give you the best results.

However, the best part about the M4A1 is that it can basically be used as a regular assault rifle with the right attachments. It’s similar to the NVO-228E in that it has a faster fire rate with higher recoil. As long as you know how to manage its recoil, though, you can delete enemies from the map in the blink of an eye. Playing on a smaller map/mode will still yield the best results with the M4A1, but you won’t be at a disadvantage if you hop into Conquest either.

Here’s the best loadout for the M4A1:

  • Muzzle: Compensated Brake
  • Barrel: 14.5″ Carbine
  • Underbarrel: 6H64 Vertical
  • Magazine: 36RND Magazine
  • Ammunition: Soft Point
  • Scope: CCO 2.00x or OSA-7 1.00x

M2010 ESR

M2010 ESR

And finally, wrapping up the list, is the M2010 ESR sniper rifle. This is a weapon that everyone will either love or hate using. By default, the M2010 ESR has pretty abysmal damage unless you’re only hitting headshots. You’ll often find that a body shot will only deal around 64-80 damage to an enemy, meaning you either need to hit them twice with the sniper or bring out your secondary to finish the job.

However, after you level up the M2010 ESR and equip some better attachments, it becomes easier to use. You’ll also want to take advantage of the Recon class with the sniper, as this allows you to unlock the “Kill Confirmed” level two Field Spec during a match. This makes it so headshots with a sniper are fatal, meaning enemies can’t be revived. As long as you can hit some headshots and be accurate with the M2010 ESR, it becomes one of the most dominant weapons in Battlefield 6 (even before you earn the Kill Confirmed Field Spec during a match).

Here’s the best loadout for the M2010 ESR:

  • Muzzle: Flash Hider
  • Barrel: 26″ Carbon
  • Underbarrel: Full Angled
  • Magazine: 5RND Magazine
  • Ammunition: Tungsten Core
  • Ergonomics: DLC Bolt
  • Scope: S-VPS 6.00x
  • Optic Accessory: AG Coating
  • Right Accessory: Range Finder
