The Play Booster Box is available for $184.79, the Commander Deck Bundle is $280, and the Gift Bundle is $94.87. All three are shipped and sold by Amazon and likely to sell out fast.

Walmart has restocked the MTG Final Fantasy Starter Kit for $19.87. Meanwhile, Best Buy just stocked several Ultra Pro Final Fantasy-themed Magic: The Gathering playmats.
