Back in 2023, Disney celebrated its 100th anniversary, and naturally, there was some great merchandise attached to this milestone. For Prime Day, you can pick up the Lego Walt Disney Tribute Camera and see just how far the movie-making process has come over the last century. Normally $100, the 811-piece set has been discounted to $67.19, and it makes for an eye-catching collectible. In case it sells out at Amazon, it’s also available through Walmart and Target.
Lego Walt Disney Tribute Camera (811 pieces)
$67.19 (was $100)
Designed to resemble a vintage-style film camera, this Lego set is packed with Easter eggs and moving parts, all capped off by a film strip showing stills from 20 historic Disney movies. The set features a turning crank, sliding matte box, and lenses that can be rotated and there also three printed screens showing how Walt Disney’s “The Old Mill” short was made.
You can also build a clapperboard with space for the three included minifigures of Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and Walt Disney himself alongside animal figures of Bambi and Dumbo.
Target Circle Week: Best Lego Deals
If that’s not enough Lego for you, the good news is that dozens of sets have been discounted this week as part of Target’s take on Prime Day, Target Circle Week. This event runs through July 12, but like previous years, we’re expecting to see Target sell out of Lego deals quickly this week as several Lego kits have been discounted by up to 50% off.
You need to be a member of the free Target Circle rewards program to get the discounts, and there are some really good deals here across various categories like Marvel, Star Wars, and Lego City.
If you’re interested in the Walt Disney Tribute Camera, you’d probably also enjoy Lego Ideas: Magic of Disney, a 1,103-piece display model featuring Sorcerer Mickey. It’s on sale for $70 (was $100) at Target. Check out more Lego Disney deals below:
