Madden NFL 26 Is Steeply Discounted, Comes With Free Steelbook Case

Madden NFL 26 is already on sale for a substantial discount at multiple major retailers. The latest professional football sim from EA Sports launched August 14 on PS5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC for $70. Console players can get the physical edition for any platform for $50 right now at Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X owners will get a free steelbook case with the deal at Walmart. You can also get a $20 discount and a free steelbook with College Football 26 at Walmart.

The steelbook case bonus isn’t available for Nintendo Switch 2, but it is one of the few Switch 2 games that has received a discount since the console launched in June. The Switch 2 port has consistently been one of the best-selling games for the platform on Amazon since its release. Madden 26 is the first entry in the series for a Nintendo console since Madden 13 back in 2012.

Madden NFL 26 earned an 8/10 in GameSpot’s review thanks to welcome updates to Franchise mode, improved presentation, more realistic player movements, and a variety of other tweaks and additions.

Football fans can also save big on EA Sports College Football 26. Amazon briefly offered Madden 26 for $43 on PS5, but it’s sold out at the time of writing.
