The second battle pass for Splitgate 2 Season 1 is now live, offering players a pile of new cosmetics they can earn as they play. The new pass will run you 500 splitcoins ($5), and the main attractions are undoubtedly the three character skins and 11 weapon skins that come with it. There’s one skin for each faction, starting with Riko for Sabrask at the start of the pass, Enzo for Aeros in the middle, and The Exec for Meridian at the end. Though the order is meaningless, of course, since you can unlock Splitgate 2 battle pass items in any order. Yes, that means you can start at the end if you want to.

Alongside the character and weapon skins, the pass also comes with smaller items like emotes, sprays, weapon charms, and other stuff like that. There’s also 500 splitcoin currency on the pass–enough to buy next month’s pass if you want to do that–and there’s plenty of Proelium currency that you can use to upgrade some of your cosmetics.

Splitgate 2 is doing something a little bit different with its battle passes, breaking up each season of content into three separate monthly passes. But unlike Call of Duty or Fortnite battle passes, these don’t expire immediately when the pass period ends–instead, you can continue progressing them through the end of the season, and you won’t have to put aside the Chapter 1 pass just because you picked up the Chapter 2 pass.
