Before the official release of EA Sports College Football 26, the developers have given the community a look at the best players across every position in the game. These players have been ranked by overall (OVR) rating and placed into a top-five list at their respective positions. While this doesn’t quite tell the whole story of how the real college football season will play out, it does let fans know which players they should keep their eyes on both in-game and in real life.
Today, we’ll be listing every position’s top five players in College Football 26. These are the initial rankings by EA Sports, so they’re subject to change as the season goes on. Of course, it’ll take some time for anyone in the top five at their position to be knocked down a ranking or two, so you can expect the top five lists to remain intact for at least a couple of weeks after the college football season begins in August.
Did your alma mater or favorite team make any lists? Are you lamenting the transfer portal for taking any of these players away from your team and into a new uniform? Did EA get any of them wrong? Let us know what you think of EA’s picks for the best players in College Football 26.
